Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process personal data mainly for the following purposes:

Performance of a contractual relationship – processing orders, providing transport services, communication with customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Fulfilment of legal obligations – accounting, archiving documentation in accordance with applicable legal regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Legitimate interest of the company – responding to inquiries, recording requests, improving the quality of services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Consent of the data subject – sending marketing information or using certain types of cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Automated Decision-Making

HOJA Trans s. r. o. does not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR.

Scope of Processed Data

Depending on the specific service, we may process:

• First name, surname or business name

• Contact details (telephone, e-mail)

• Billing details

• Transport-related data (place of loading and unloading, dates, shipment specification)

• Technical data related to website usage (cookies)

Data Retention Period

• Inquiries submitted via form: generally 1 year

• Accounting and invoicing documents: 10 years in accordance with legal regulations

• Cookies: according to type, maximum 14 months

• Erase data if the purpose of processing has ceased
